This morning, I received a weird text message from your dad, something of a repeat. You both died within the same year. I rarely texted him in life. Todays pop up went back to April 2020, a 3 line exchange, about the early morning you fell in the shower, smiling, delirious from the chemo. I called 911 to save you, and then texted to let him know. His text response to me at 10:03 am was: “Do you know anything yet.”
Whoa.
I see this as a sign of communication beyond the veil, so I reached out to my sister. We did some angel cards and oracle readings and decided why not go into another quantum meditation for clarity. In death, I perceieved you said meditation is the best way to speak directly. My sister asked me to ask you a question on her behalf.
I went into my quiet space and asked to see the door. There were two. The first one was a trap door, on the second floor of my childhood home (which wasn’t really 2 stories like that, but I dreamed it that way as a child, one day falling through it, feeling my body drop far to the earth below and separating spiritually). Mentally, I asked “is this how I die?” and I understood yes, once before. But that’s not continuing. No need to be afraid. It didn’t hurt, but it was disorienting. Like an accident.
I asked for another door and was taken onto the ocean, in aerial pursuit of a sailboat jotting along. Bora Bora. As I landed on the wooden deck, I quickly pressed forward through the galley door. It opened into a spacious navy black sky with pins of stars. I asked to see the wheat field and it appeared as I heard birds nearby for real, grounding me.
I asked to connect with you and ask questions for my sister. I hear the song “Eye in the Sky” by Alan parsons project, some confirmation that you and your dad are part of the all knowing and all being conciousness.
Your voice began, “Death Doula'” “death plan,” “piano music for dying.” While I was receiving this information, I saw bursts of purple and blue behind my eyes.
It’s true. I too am gathering voices, content, and experience. We could help others lovingly embrace their final life stage: death. Our oceans will merge into one. Help people wade in. Comforted. Less afraid to transition. Prepared and celebrated. Their loved ones on the other side want this for them. Peace.
