I tune in to the next installment of the Robert Monroe meditation series… a five-step process to get into the meditative state before disconnecting from the body and launching into the ethos. I seem to do this easily, and then fall asleep.
Later, referred by my sister and brother, I tune into Bashar Golden Gate Pt. 1 and Bashar Golden Gate Pt. 2. Darryl channels Bashar’s consciousness and shares it on YouTube. It’s fascinating to me! I gain four important pieces of information from these two videos:
“Visions of water represent transformation and communication.” I have often seen water during the quantum exercises from the book. Usually I see oceans and swimming pools. I have seen our own swimming pool, the place you and I spent countless hours together over the years. It’s interesting that you told me this is where we will communicate.
“Fill yourself with light to communicate with beings of light.” Since you passed on, I’ve increased my practice of medition, yoga, sound therapy, and reiki. Early on, I reached out and asked if you were open to communication. I heard yes. I asked how and you told me through meditation, not dreams. Even though dreams can create space for communication, I don’t remember my dreams that often. Our daughters have seen you in their dreams, though. When my father died, I saw him in lucid dreams sometimes.
When someone dies early, he explained it’s because the person completed their life purpose, and it is necessary for them to move on to their greater purpose. I guess that’s comforting.
I recall that when I awoke at 5 AM today, thoughts of the day and the week flooded my mind with anxiety. I recall that Bashar said anxiety and excitement are the same thing, just framed differently. If we can reframe anxiety into excitement, it creates a positive outlook, and positive thinking is necessary for abundance. So, I tried it this morning. I stopped the thoughts and began a mantra…
“Inhale Love, Exhale Peace”
After a few minutes of that, I seemed to have wiped the slate clean. I got out of bed, not dreading the day, but looking forward to all the activities that lie ahead.
